There are lots of tree companies out there, how can I be sure you are the right company for the job?
There are a lot of tree companies out there! As well as being fully qualified, experienced and insured professionals, we aim to provide a personal touch for our clients. We take the time to do a proper job with your trees and hedges and really listen to you to understand your objectives.
We are reliable, you can count on us to show up when we say that we will, complete the job to the highest standards, and to leave your garden spick and span.
Can you cut my TPO Tree?
Potentially, yes. We can apply for permission on your behalf to do work on your protected trees. If the work is approved by the Tree Officer, then we can carry out the specified work.
We always check for TPO’s and Conservation areas before we carry out tree work. We are reliable, you can count on us to show up when we say that we will, complete the job to the highest standards, and to leave your garden spick and span.
What guarantees can you offer that the job will be finished on time and on budget?
When we give you a price for work we stand by it. The price we agree on is the price you pay. We’ll never ask for more if the job runs over because of unforeseen circumstances.
Do you have firewood or mulch for sale?
Unfortunately, we don’t sell firewood or mulch as currently, we don’t have the capacity to store it. However, if you have some tree work done you could keep the woodchip and logs, in some instances this can make the price of the work cheaper.
We sometimes have woodchip available to deliver in the Basingstoke area free of charge. Please get in touch if you would like some.
Does it cost anything for you to come and have a look at my tree?
For an initial consultation and no-obligation quote, it is free.
We’d usually begin with a friendly chat over the phone and arrange a convenient time to come and have a socially-distanced look at your tree or hedge.
When we’re there we will assess all the implications of the job and come back to you, usually within 24hours with a quote.
Your website says you're based in Hampshire how far will you travel to do a job?
We are based in Hampshire, though we can look after trees in Sussex, Surrey, Wiltshire, Berkshire and the New Forest.
